Marrs Realty and Management is seeking several newly licensed and motivated people to grow our commercial real estate team. If you are newly licensed or currently working on your license and want to learn commercial real estate from a 28-year veteran of the industry, we want to talk with you.
Your Responsibilities:
Working with mentors in an entrepreneurial and at times - independent autonomous manner.
Contacting and advising clients and companies in the creation and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies.
Researching and preparing analyses of clients' properties, including opinions of value and leasing plans.
Understanding the local market and staying up to date on industry trends.
Marketing investment real estate to clients who are active investors as well as other brokers.
